Our customers are mainly located in Stockholm and Mälardalen.
 

Our project and construction managers have long experience in practical management and their responsibility also extends to the human element. To them a project is more than technical solutions and scheduling, a project is the people making it happen.

Higher demands are continually put on quality assurance. Quality managers also play an important part early on in the planning process. Quality management is a skill with its own individual foundation and is an important part of our group of consultants.

Within the area of property development we work with early planning and preparation of the project, such as preliminary analysis of land acquisitions and transactions as well as investigating technical and economical viability.

Due diligence is the technical testing done by Promentgruppen before the purchase or sale of property. The documents we provide for the client is a well prepared investigative piece of information with thorough explanations and attached photos. From those documents we perform a custom analysis of every property, taking into account things such as age and its function.

As installation coordinators we are responsible for directing separate installation projects in a harmonious way. Oftentimes this will be during a project but it is also done as an independent consultant where broad knowledge of different specialisations is required.
